Scope of delivery:

At gourmetessen.com, we ship only within Europe. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to other regions or countries outside of Europe.

Delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Below are the approximate delivery times for each zone:

Zone 1: 2-4 business days.

Zone 2: 4-6 working days.

Zone 3: 6-8 working days.

Zone 4: 8-10 working days.

It is important to note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or customs restrictions.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the total weight of the order and the delivery zone selected. Additional fees may apply if the order exceeds certain weight or volume limits.

Shipment tracking:

We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will be able to use this number to track the delivery status of your package through the relevant courier service.
